MERCURY BALLROOM COVID POLICY
Mercury Ballroom requires documentation of FULL vaccination (14 days past final vaccination dose) or a negative Covid-19 test (PCR or antigen) within 72 hours prior to event (official doc date & time stamped)
Failure to provide proof of documentation will result in refusal of entry with no refund.
Documentation Accepted: Paper copy (preferred), digital or app copies.
**all forms of documentation are required to have date and time stamp**
Masks are not required (at this time) but encouraged.

Mercury Ballroom (Live Nation) New SECURITY CHECK POINT & NEW BAG POLICY
Mercury Ballroom (Live Nation) Screening and General Policy
In an effort to ensure safety of our venue, guests and employees, we will now be requiring wanding at Mercury Ballroom and metal detectors at The Palace (also known as “walk throughs”) for all events, some exceptions will apply.
The wanding/metal detector will be operated by our in-house security staff.
This is a fairly simple process as guests enter the venue and shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds or less (per guest) for the screening.
Similar to an airport check point, guests will be wanded and have a brief look into the contents of their bag OR asked to empty contents of their pockets and place any bags or personals into a bin to be accessed by our security staff; no outside food/beverage or weapons of any kind are allowed in the venue (with the exception of peace officers who would need to notify security upon entry, of their intent to carry in the venue).
All attendees must have a ticket to enter the venue.
Mercury Ballroom (Live Nation) bag policy
The purpose of the bag policy is to facilitate inspection of bags and other items hand carried by individuals into Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) venues to ensure prohibited items are not brought into our venue.
General Requirements:
Mandatory inspection of all items carried into the venue including appropriately sized bags.
Approved bag sizes include:
Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bag not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
Small, clutch-style bag no exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” with or without handle / strap
One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc style) or smaller
If a bag exceeds size or style restrictions or the Bag Inspector discovers prohibited items that are not deemed harmful or dangerous (e.g., outside food and beverages, bags that are larger than the permitted size, etc), the Bag Inspector will ask the individual to dispose of the items or remove the items from the bag screening areas.
Any bag that leaves the premise and then returns will need to be rescreened upon entry
Those who refuse to comply with any part of the Clear Bag Policy will not be permitted entry to the Venue.
